555 Mission Street will top out tomorrow— a full three weeks earlier than initially planned, according to Turner Construction Company and Tishman Speyer, who commissioned the building. Designed by Kohn Pederson Fox and almighty Heller Manus architects, the 33-stories' worth of glass will shelter the following: 3,400 square feet of ground-floor retail, two levels of underground valet parking, a 25-foot high, by 140-feet-long cable net supported wall enclosing the lobby, and 11,000-square-foot plaza at street level with a Jonathan Borofsky sculpture. Sweet Jesus.
