And . . . we have a facade. Quite the accomplishment for Chelsea Park, the 39-unit condominium and townhome development bordered by Oakwood, Guerrero, and 19th Streets— here we have the main entrance on 29 Oakwood Street— that is twelve years in the making (nasty permits!). Chelsea Park began accepting bids on the units about a month ago; they're moving in the $680,000 to $1,100,000 range. Now that Chelsea has put her face on, let's see if she can deliver the projected late December/ early January move-in on the first 20 units.
