A protest, or a soft(er) spot to sleep on? City officials, go ahead and untie those strings from around your fingers: Civic Center's SF Mike recently spotted this x-mess card outside of the courthouse, near a posted sign that reads "Its [the tree's] only symbol is the joy of giving which radiates from within."
