Chelsea Park, that long-slated, much-delayed complex near Dolores Park, has begun to take deposits on the flats and townhomes (From what we gather, prices range from approximately $680,000-$1,100,000 from what we've gathered). While there were reports that sales were originally slated to start in early December, a tipster very involved in the project told us that they're getting a jump on the gun.
Chelsea Park claims easy access to the best the city has to offer, with a space boasting an English charm, walking paths, and green features. While we're not sure what the particular appeal of London-style living in San Francisco is (unless your HOA dues pay for a daily formal tea time), it's a killer location where public transit, parks, and wonderful culinary treats abound.
