Thought you guys would like to know that the long vacant graffitti magnet [sic] on the corner of 20th St. and Harrison is finally getting fixed up. Looks like they redid the foundation and are gutting it to the studs. The rear (eastern) portion is dismantled. We suspect private renovation here, not corporate housing development. Our bet? Retail or restaurant space. You?
