Following yesterday's closed bankruptcy court hearing in an Oakland, an AIDS non-profit, NCK LLC, will likely own the former site of Your Black Muslim Bakery. At $1,052,000, their offer beat out the only other private bidder at the meeting, Paulette Arbuckle, a longtime nabe resident who offered $899,000 for the property. Hoping for a happy ending here.
