Realtors, it's high (really high) time to brush up on your descriptive writing skills: Realtor.com has rocketed anti-discrimination practices all the way to mars, banning an entire lexicon of words that maybe-might-sorta-could indicate the presence of discriminatory housing practices. The rub: agents may not even realize that their slapdash shorthand carefully considered listings fall within the parameters of Realtor.com's black list: since the site culls much of its content from the MLS, those offending listings simply won't make the cut.
