Do you find the drawings of various houses in listings as humorous as I do? Check out 22 Hill Street: It has a beautiful drawing; fortunately it also has a picture, which shows reality. The interior must need a lot of work for a 3 unit building in this location to be priced at just above $1 MM. [sic]$1,049,00 asking; 3050 sq. ft at $343 per. Two flats; 2-bedrooms and an additional rear, legal building on the lot. Yes, the house does appear to be more dilapidated than depicted in this hideous watercolor.
