Storefronting is Curbed's regular look at the changing retail scene, with an emphasis on how it impacts neighborhoods. Got a tip for Storefronting? Drop a line.
We received this updated pic of the new Apple store on Chestnut Street— note the triple barrier security move, along withe the 'ole orange cone/ caution tape one-two. (Wonder if this was inspired by last month's friendly run-in with the construction foreman?) While The Mac Observer has reported a 10 a.m. opening on November 23rd (Black Friday!). Our readers, however, claim 9 a.m. (as does the store, apparently). Our question: Who's quening up this year, and for what?
