Pain, fines, jail for Berkeley treehugger

Julia Butterfly Hill really owned the tree thing— did it gracefully; so much so that sister scored a post-sit modeling contract. Berkeley skydiver tree sitter Nathanial Hall? Not so much. Fallen soldier Hall has been slapped with a seven-day stay-away order by Berkeley police— at his hospital bed, no less— an an injunction that carries a $1K fine and 5 days in jail should he return. Hill cites excitement at seeing his father below that led to the fall. And seriously: broken bones are no fun. Do get well, Hill. But maybe tree dwelling just isn't for you?
