It has been suggested to us in the past that agencies provide the best place to find higher-end rentals. We disagree. Case in point: This 6 bedroom, 6 full bath, 2 half-bath manse in Russian Hill— yours for a cool $25,000/ month. Granted, this is a broker listing— J. Wavro Associates specializes in leasing residential properties through their "extensive corporate and private network." (This property hasn't yet appeared on their site.) Craigslist jump-start! Toys galore: Library, den, wine cellar and office. Gourmet kitchen, formal dining/ living rooms, landscaped yard/ garden, and "state of the art technology." Finally ... drum roll ... this palace offers parking for 4 cars. For $25k a month, we're guessing that much parking won't prove as excessive as it may sound. Foreign dignitaries, oil barons, drug lords, and Google employees— this one's for you, kids.
