Wednesday marks Halloween the national holiday wherein children pilfer candy, adults tart themselves up in expressions of latent desire, and everyone engages in debauchery of various kinds. As we know, San Francisco's city government will secede from the rest of the United States for this night only and by Gavin, so will we: MUNI will slip us a mickey on Hallowed Eve with a schedule intentionally designed to keep revelers out of the Castro (or delay their arrival at least— along with those of Mission/Upper Market/ Castro residents).
