Interior Porn: 176 Palm Avenue, Jordan Park

New, 2 comments

After such a hard morning of investigative reporting, we thought it best to pop a hand full of eye candy— a little sugar rush for the afternoon and all. According to the October issue of ... oh, can we even bring ourselves name the magazine ... Town & Country (and SF Luxe), Jordan Park is a haute 'hood— "suddenly sublime," to put a finer point on it. Originally built in 1915, 176 Palm Avenue is a completely renovated 4 bedroom, 4 bath home that went on the market last week (and remains there still) for $2.995m. A lot of formalities at 176 Palm: formal dining room, formal entry way. Where ever do they hide the plebes? Suspect: no square footage listed. Nevertheless, we still give this place at least a XX.
