Curbed SF is a reconciliation with Mint Plaza, as it came crawling back to us yesterday. Confirmed: Minty's first restaurant is slated to open on November 4th, while the rest of the lot will fire up in December, just in time for the holidaze. Prove your love to us, Minty Fresh.
UPDATE—Given that Eater SF deals with the restaurants and all, we've received a few more specifics: Chez Papa will allegedly open on November 4th, though our bro predicts an unveiling at the November 16th opening ceremony. (Gav will wax philosophic, natch.) Sushi Groove and Blue Bottle are on for December/ January debuts. Outdoor seating? Rained out.
