Curbed Inside: The Potrero

Another condo! (This is love at work, San Francisco). The tedium: The Potrero is divided in to 2 buildings with 165 residences total: North, and South. The Potrero North holds 88 units, ranging from studio flats to 3-bedroom townhomes; South has 77. Sales are currently at 67%, with 450-500 square foot studios beginning in the low $400's, and 1300-1500 square foot 3-bedroom, 3-bath townhomes maxing out in the mid $900's. Other floor plans fall in the low $600's to mid $800's. Spendy.

We know, we know: some of you have already toured The Potrero— we'll leave the aesthetic analysis up to you. We can vouch for a couple of things though, for the record: both cabinetry and appliances look less shitty shoddy than we've seen in other spaces. Also— and this really does make a difference— HKS Architects didn't waste space at the entrance, bullshitting owners with some sort of 8" x 8" hole passed off as a "den." We toured a 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit ($739,000) and we must say that the space felt larger than its measly 943 square feet. The mic is all yours, so have at it . . .
