Bubble blogger Patrick Killela (Patrick.net) made an appearance on last night's edition of ABC Nightline. See the accompanying article on ABC News website, where Ken Rosen, a professor and chairman of the Fisher Center for Real Estate at the University of California at Berkeley, gets in to the ring with Killela, refuting his claims that purchasing a home is never a wise move.
