This has been a very neighborly week around Curbed SF: Many readers jumped to the aid of an Upper Market resident who wrote to us about nearby urban blight. We took a look at a few blogs on the subject, and also reported on local tenants (and building supes) who have taken matters in to their own hands. From the Real Estate and Probate Dispute blog, however, comes our final query of the week: Is it or should it be a broker's duty to notify buyers if surrounding residents have a history of, shall we say, unfriendly neighborhood dealings, whether they be criminal or otherwise? Claws, engage!
