Stately, spacious, and cozy. OK, you can get away with cozy, but stately doesn't quite scan. At $990,000 probably the most depressing way imaginable to spend almost a million bucks, and there's no cheer in knowing it's been reduced from $1,147,000. One bath, three bedrooms. Parsing the listing information, possibly an illegal unit in the basement. Or the third bedroom is in the basement. Hard to tell. But that picket fence is just fetching. Only 118 days on the market. So far.
