Noe Valley Demolition

We just received a joyous email from a reader who's no longer looking at the above eyesore in Noe Valley (332 Valley Street, to be exact) because it was demolished before his very eyes... and within 77 minutes, which is about the same amount of time it takes to navigate around all of the strollers and puppies along 24th street. The house seems to have been in disrepair for at least the past eight years, now we're wondering if anyone knows the plans for the site. Will a new painted ladyish victorian replace it? Will Noe Valley go all modern or prefab? We're already getting anxious. Send all tips to sf@curbed.com.
