PARK(ing) Day, Tomorrow (awesome!)

We have a crush on REBAR. They're the SF art collective that "temporarily transformed a metered parking spot into a PARK." It's kinda genius- they take over a parking space and add sod, a tree, and a bench. We love it, but only when we're not driving around downtown for hours looking for a parking space... Tomorrow is PARK(ing) Day and REBAR has teamed up with the Trust for Public Land to create a bunch of temporary parks throughout downtown (map of sites above). If you come across a new park tomorrow during your lunch break, send a pic to sf@curbed.com, and don't forget to pay the meter.
