Environmental groups attack: More grief about building housing on flood zones in the Delta.
Yawn. Forbes comes up (again?) with the "most expensive homes" meaning the homes with the highest asking price. Some of them have been on the market for years, including our very own Locksley Hall and the more recently listed unfinished mansion in Pacific Heights, both at $65M although Locksley Hall is no longer the most expensive listing in California. Reminding us of the old adage real estate is only worth what someone else is willing to pay for it.
