In SoMa, The Palms is selling units before the model units are completed. There are 300 units to be sold in three phases (Phase I has already sold out, Phase II is now available, and Phase III- we have no idea). According to what's on MLS, the now available Phase II units range from $399,000 for a studio, to $865,800 for a two bedroom/two bathroom unit.
