New Kid in Town

There's a new site (website) in town: The Value of Architecture. It's first cousin to the outstanding site of the same name for Los Angeles, a kind of MLS and mid-morning coffee-with-porn for the architecture-obsessed. The SF version covers the Bay Area and Napa, with gems like this house by David Beverly Thorne, who also did Case Study House No. 26 in nearby San Rafael. Not unlike Curbed's plan for world domination, they'll be adding cities over the next few months.

The TVOA LA is superior, but they can't help that- it's a town where not only are you what you drive, it's what you live in. Both come equipped with architect's galleries.
