It's been in the works for a while, but the Wayans brothers have, after 8 months of the Bay Area waiting to see if this was real or a joke, finally signed a negotiating agreement for their "urban" theme park and film studio on the former West Oakland Army Base. The Wayans paid a $150,000 security deposit and now have 18 months to negotiate with the city their plans to develop the theme park, studio, high-end retail stores, and a luxury hotel.
No word on whether Jerry Brown will endorse White Chicks 2.
