The second annual Smallest Coolest Apartment contest, from Apartment Therapy, is officially underway, and this year they're letting tiny apartment dwellers west of the Mississippi enter. Here's the first entry from San Francisco and we got the warm and fuzzies when we read that Thom shops at Community Thrift on Valencia.
