With more lives than a character on Buffy, 272 Upper Terrace is back. On and off he market since October 2005, having been taken off the market sometime in late 2004 with prices skeetering between $1,300,000 and $950,000. It recently sold for $995,000 to an "architect-owner" who has provided us with a lesson in applied surfaces, he/she is now asking $1,399,000. We'd be meaner but we just the best lunch.
