You know how much we love fenced off lots, right? Well, if you've been wondering what's being planned for the Dagget triangle area (1000 16th Street?), PotrerohillSF's message boards deliver. The architecture firm David Baker and Partners is currently, literally, right now, designing Daggett Place:
"Three buildings with residential units atop retail and light industrial spaces present an active and inviting arcade to the neighborhood while sheltering four landscaped courtyards for residents. In the design phase, this project also transforms an existing road into a park, adding nearly an acre of public shared open space to the area and creating a green oasis at the base of Potrero Hill." Anyone know when this might break ground? Send us a line at sf@curbed.com.
