We haven't heard anything about Trinity Plaza in a few months, but our friends at CITYSCAPE pulled us back into the Mid-Market quagmire with a post reminding us about how important the affordable units are to the market. Seems that the Board of Supes want even more below market-rate units, when a third of the proposed units are already marked as affordable. The fear is that if we keep forcing the developer to add affordable units it will become too costly and the almost 2,000 unit project will never get done... Trinity's got more issues than National Geographic.
