Only is SF: Housing for LGBT Seniors

San Francisco Cityscape, as usual, has all the dirt on the repurposing of the empty UC campus that fits into edges of Hayes Valley, the Duboce Triangle and the Mission. It's a sensitive area- adjacent to the newly unused US Mint and the controversal Jones & Emmons Daphne site (demolished in 2000.)

Even with below-market-rate units and student dorms, it's the Housing for GLBT Seniors that's the real thrill.
