Your departure may be delayed because we don't have enough runways, but now at least you'll be able to soothe your rage with decent food. SFO has kicked out corporate food service and spent $22M upgrading so that local businesses and culinary landmarks (Lori's Diner!) will have their own concessions. They may be local but they're not small, just local chains with sufficient organisation to run multiple locations. In other words, don't expect a Chez Panisse Express.
