From Alfred Hitchcock's Vertigo
"The Mission? Isn't that Skid Row?"
A perfect example of neighborhood boundary slippage: Noe Valley slides into the Mission. No one in their right mind would think of this address as Noe Valley except perhaps a real estate agent. In other respects, the empurpled prose of the listing is accurate. They just left out tear-down.
It is within walking distance of two world-class restaurants. And dozens of tacquerias, for those nights when you're paying down the construction loan.
