The long-planned Schlage Lock development project in Visitacion Valley is getting one step closer to the finish line, looking for final approvals from the Board of Supervisors today. As you recall, the project will add 1,679 low- and middle-income apartments and condos and 46,700 square feet of retail, including a grocery, to the long-vacant 15.3-acre site. Today the supes will vote to approve the development agreement and changes to the planning code and general plan. [SF BOS/previously]
