As expected, NYC and California dominated the list. the most expensive zip code in America is 10065, which is home to New York City's Upper East Side. Northern California zip codes to make the cut are Atherton (94027) at #3, Hillsborough (94010) at #5, and the Los Altos Hills (94022) at #7. We decided to compile a map of the ten most expensive homes currently for sale in those three zip codes. The most expensive goes to a very big abode in Hillsborough that's currently asking $38,500,000. The "cheapest" house on the list is in Atherton, asking $16,900,000.
