Looks like the yellow fin curvy thing at 1390 Mission has lost its scaffolding and the glass is about halfway up. Curbed SF reader Whole Wheat Toast spotted the KMD and Kodama Diseno-designed affordable housing building the other day, and the 12-story, 136-unit hulk looks more or less just as planned— no rendering vs. reality shenanigans here, folks. Perhaps one bright spot for our building bust: 1390 Mission not being luxury condos, its owners probably won't need to worry about the glut of housing in the area.
