Mission Bay cements its reputation as a bio-industry leader today, as pharmaceutical giant Pfizer has announced that they're moving into the neighborhood— and in a big way. The company will be relocating the headquarters of their new Biotherapeutics and Bioinnovation Center to 455 Mission Bay Boulevard, where they'll be occupying the entire five-story, 105,000 square foot west wing of the development, half of the entire building that sits right across from the UCSF Mission Bay campus. 455 Mission Bay Boulevard will be ready for occupation in early 2009.
