Craigslist to Classifieds: "Booya!!!"
Friday, July 25, 2008, by Sarah Hromack

25July08_Buckmaster.jpgCraigslist Czar Jim Buckmaster just released some staggering statistics that, if anything, proved that print advertising is crashing and burning, Kamikaze style. Housing ads are up 85 percent, with rental ads up 120 percent and real estate up 70 percent. RE listings are humming along at such a fine rate, that CL is considering hitting agents Atlanta, Austin, Denver, Houston, Miami, Philadelphia and Phoenix with the same fees that apply here in SF.
