That's pinching pennies, hawking green features, communicating with clients, and maybe just a little soul searching. Featured at a builders conference in the Moscone Center this week are sessions like "How to Sell Homes in a Down Market," "Leadership in the Face of Adversity," and — feel the optimism? — "Change or Die."
