Home Builders: Not So Happy

Home builders' confidence levels are falling steadily as in California, foreclosures are outweighing new construction. The National Association of Home Builders' index— whose methodology is no less rigorous Einstein's, were sure— claims that in April, the market fell another point to 19, nearing January's low record of 18.
