Reader Comment of the Day: Angelino Declares SF "Tourist Boutique Town"
Tuesday, April 22, 2008, by Sarah Hromack

Tell us how you really feel. An anonymous commenter chimes in on this morning's LA vs. SF green challenge: "As a native Angeleno, I want you Frisco'ers to know we do appreciate all your cute curio shops, and the way homes are fixed up just so. And your eateries are great! So much about SF is just charming, even if your industrial base left, the ports have been turned into a candy-ass retailing zone, and the financial titans have migrated elsewhere. Are you only a tourist town? I think you are more -- what else more I cannot say right now, but I will think of something. Boutique town? Really? No, far more. Tourist-boutique town? Getting closer....."
