Trouble in Kabuki Land?
Wednesday, March 26, 2008, by Sarah Hromack

26Mar08_Kabuki.jpg Quite the dramz in Japantown these days: The reviews have been of the raving variety since Sundance Kabuki Cinemas opened back in December. How can anyone hate on a place that brings drink and film together in one smoothly-designed user experience? And let us not forget about the food which, well ... having billed itself as a separate-but-related entity, Kabuki Kitchen hasn't felt the love so much. Quoth an Eater reader: "Sundance has gone from what they said was a self standing establishment to an amenity to the theatre and they plan to cookie cut the rest of [their] establishments." Ouch.
