Rental Watch: "Two Bedrooms" in SoMa, Pac Heights, Cole Valley

Every once in a while, Curbed SF checks in with the San Francisco rental market. And we do it the layman's way: by scouring Craigslist. In today's episode of Rental Watch, we decided to switch up our game. Rather than searching by price point, we elected to go for two-bedroom spots. We'll start spendy, and work our way down to earth.

Where: SoMa
How much: $3,400
The Hard Sell: "Located in the Historic Coffin-Redington Building this large (1400 sqft) Loft has an expansive floor plan...The Master Bedroom has high ceilings, two closets, and a combination of exposed concrete and plaster walls and direct access to the full bath. The 2nd bedroom in the mezzanine area. This bedroom/ office is good size and overlooks the kitchen/living space."
Note: One bedroom most likely has no windows, while the other has no walls.

What: 2 bedroom apartment, hardwood floors
Where: Pacific Heights
How much: $2,850
The Hard Sell: "This great newly remodeled unit features great upgrades in a beautiful building. The unit features granite counter tops, new stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, double parlor with very large formal living and dining room,small breakfast room, great closet space and a good sized bedroom. The bathroom has also been remodeled with new fixtures.
Note: Not a true 2 bedroom. Part of the parlor can be separated for the roommate who doesn't mind a little less privacy.

Where: Cole Valley
How much: $1,695
The Hard Sell: 126 Carl Street is located between Cole and Shrader in the heart of Cole Valley. This ground floor unit has two bedrooms, with hardwood floors throughout. This unit has a very large yard with many trees, plants and flowers. There is a picnic table with six chairs on a concrete pad/patio in the yard."
Note: Photo only shows a corner of one room. We're thinking this thing is pretty small. But hey, it's Cole Valley, right? ... Right?!
