This just in from an intrepid tipster: the wrecking ball is swinging away at Howard and Hawthorne streets, future home to One Hawthorne, the 24 story, 165 unit Jackson Pacific/MacFarlane Partners love child-in-the-making. Units are expected to range in the $500,000 range for a 550 square-foot Junior one bedroom to $3 million for a 2,200 square foot penthouse— pricey on the high end, no?
