HAYES VALLEY—An insider just delivered the design report for The Hayes: Intracorp has has just sealed a deal with local Gallery 16 to source the artwork for the building's interior. Rex Ray, Darren Waterson, Deborah Oropallo and Suzanne Frazier's work will be featured throughout. No mass-market reproductions to fear here, future denizens.

[Note: above we have Rex Ray's Lentoria, a painted paper collage from 2007— designophiles will note that Ray's work is also repped by Jonathan Adler.]
