HAYES VALLEY—Earlier in the day we posted a pic of the post-storm Saran Wrap attack at The Hayes; our readers quickly began speculating as to what, exactly, will occupy the building's retail space. A reliable source has dropped a hint or two: The owners of the space (who are not the developers) are in talks with an as-yet-unnamed local restaurant, who plans to develop a new spin on one of their restos for the site.
