SF Solar Plan Solidified

The plan is solid: we're going solar, Berkeley style. Though it still has to pass through a tangle of votes, San Francisco's envisioned plan— and a very ambitious one, at that— will couple refunds and loans to enable businesses and individual owners to go solar. Now you have no excuse. [CNN]
