Update: Morale Regained on Valencia Street
Thursday, October 25, 2007, by Sarah Hromack

25Oct07_RitualOK.jpgWe know you've lost sleep over this, so ... Following up on Monday's post, we're here to offer the on-ground report at Ritual Roasters Coffee House, on Valencia street. The kids are alright after all; morale has improved significantly, as evidenced in the quasi-ironic, hand-drawn sign and good times polaroid pictures seen here. The line's out the door, small dogs are yipping, and a load 'o Schwinns are secured comfortably. Construction, be damned.

UPDATE— Invasion! A construction worker has ventured on to the premises. Despite the helmet and florescent vest, his velcro ankle strap still meets hipster biking protocol. Insert collective sigh of relief.
