More last-minute gift advice: we're giving everyone on our list a copy of Roberts & Kraynack's stellar-but-a-few-years-too-late Flipping Houses for Dummies. So they can catch up on what they missed the first time around. Currently ranked at #665 on the Amazon list. Apparently the fun's not over yet.
