When unit 403 at 1150 Sacramento Street hit the market yesterday for $5.95 million, it became one of the most expensive luxury condos currently for sale in San Francisco. Perhaps even more staggering than the sale price are the monthly HOA dues of $4,405 that accompany the privilege of living at a prestigious address right at the top of Nob Hill. This is, after all, a block that is notorious for insane HOA fees. The condo itself, which is actually two condos combined into one two-level space, is undoubtedly spacious at 3,700 square feet. However, it still clocks in at a pricey $1,608 per square. For all of that cash you get three bedrooms, including a master suite large enough for a king-sized bed and several couches, three and a half baths, two fireplaces, and a lot of cream and gold decor. Also included are two deeded parking spots and breathtaking views of the bay and Coit Tower.
